A good night's sleep or a Bank Holiday weekend just won’t cut it. 


THRIVE is a one-day workshop designed to help you understand the root causes of your tiredness and give you practical tools to recharge and reclaim your energy.

Tiredness is a sign that our energy is being misused, that our life force energy is being wasted.

This happens when our subconscious and habitual patterns cause us to leak energy. 

Imagine, we have a reservoir of energy: when we give it away to others our own energy diminishes and we feel drained, less able to cope, unproductive and unhealthy. 

Our tiredness is letting us know that the energy we need to thrive is not in our body. 

WHAT are the patterns of tiredness?  

The patterns of tiredness are both a product of our habits and our mindset. 

Tiredness is the feeling that you have leaked your life force energy. Life force energy is your inner creativity

currency. This energy is what fuels your passions, creativity and dreams. It is your mojo, your charisma and your unique genius. It is what you bring to what you do. 


If your energy is low it affects everything. 


In the THRIVE workshop, we will explore how to reclaim and preserve the precious resource, by identifying and transforming the habits and patterns that drain your energy. 


By learning how to stop leaking energy, we can unlock our full potential, achieve our goals, and live a more fulfilling life.

How does the workshop heal the Patterns of Tiredness & Pleasing?


People-pleasing is one of the most common causes of tiredness today. This one-day course will focus on building a conscious awareness of your “pleasing” habits. 


Come to this one-day deep dive into your habits to understand:


  • What do you do with your energy when you people-please 

  • The relationship dynamics this pattern creates 

  • How this pattern leaks your life force energy 

  • Recognising Out-Of-TIME-Stress this pattern causes 

  • How this pattern affects the workplace 


Patterns are habitual, we do them subconsciously throughout our personal and professional lives. The good news is that once we are conscious of something, we can change it - forever.  


All patterns in our system are rooted in the subconscious. 

The name for the subconscious-self is the Shadow. This workshop helps you to access the Shadow and begin to heal the root causes of our pleasing and its drain on our energy. 


Throughout the day you will also experience other wonderful processes and techniques to revive and restore your energy, and to overcome the heaviness of pleasing.


These will include guided meditations, mindfulness, generative change and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) techniques to leave you feeling fully charged and armed with practical and personalised steps you need to make the changes you want to see in your life.

Who created the workshop?

This workshop is a collaboration between two friends, Fiona & Kahreela.


Kahreela Anhara has been a space-holder, Intuitive Channel and inspirational speaker since 2010.

She has been invited to channel and teach at many events in the UK, Europe, Japan and the USA. 


Her online courses have helped people all over the world become more connected to their path and inner magic.

Through her company, Starlight Temple, she has spent seven years creating shadow-healing processes, pathways and courses that assist people in understanding how to connect and heal their shadow. Kahreela has helped thousands of people all over the world to create real change in themselves and their realities by meeting and healing their shadows.

She has held space for many different shadow subjects, courses and processes, and believes that healing our shadows is the way home - the way humanity will become what we are meant to be. 



Fiona McKinnon is the co-founder and CEO of Moment Company. Burnout was the catalyst for change in Fiona’s life and career. After 23 years of living, working and travelling around the world as a Global executive in the AdTech and Media industry for brands such as The Guardian, Adconion and Warner Media, Fiona experienced first-hand the physical and mental impact of not being able to say No. 

It was at this point that Fiona became curious about the connection between mindset, wellbeing and sustainable high performance, which led to her re-training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coaching, Generative Consulting, Meditation, Mindfulness and Reiki. The impact was profound and life changing.  

Fiona co-founded Moment Company in 2020 with Alex Strang to bring together the techniques and insights that helped them thrive after stress and burnout. They are passionate about sharing the benefits of building mindful business practices and supporting leaders to improve their mental fitness, create workplace resilience and to build happier healthier lives.
