One to One Session with Rosie

Service Description

In one to ones, I hold space for you to centre, ground and find alignment. These sessions are co-creations to iron out energetic and emotional knots and tension, and create more space, ease and clarity. These are pro-active healings where we meet each other in the middle, as there is a lot of power in your honest expression of where you are and where you want to be, and in having that witnessed and energetically supported. Any emotional or physical manifestation is welcome to be worked with, in a safe space without judgment. My speciality is in being able to see the energetic mechanics of manifestations clearly, and in being able to work with these to create change so that you can create new patterns and manifest more conscious realities. I believe that any time something feels ‘stuck’ or ‘impossible’ there is a significant gift and medicine buried within it, and I can help that be uncovered. These situations are asking us for a shift into a new perspective, which comes through deep physical and energetic relaxation, surrender and listening. Change can be very uncomfortable and learning how to be still and in alignment through chaos takes practice. I always intend to provide you with energy mechanics and skills to practice so that you can empower yourself and take what you receive from one-to-ones out into your life to integrate and practice.
